A while back I was given a series of art lessons as a gift. During these lessons I painted a wooden tray, in the middle of which I first of all glued in a computer-generated fractal print-out. The paint surrounds (and overlaps with) the fractal and blends in with it.

At my parents' place, I once painted an outdoor dual-seater swing to get it ready for the next generation (i.e. children of my cousins). The design I painted was in yellow and blue, with each half being reflected in the opposite colour in the other half. Unfortunately, it had rusted considerably by the time the following photograph was taken.
